1 Hotel South Beach

We actually ended up extending our stay at 1 Hotel South Beach because we simply didn’t want to leave, which probably says more than anything else. What stood out most to us wasn’t just the beautiful pool area or the incredibly spacious rooms, but the atmosphere created by the team. Everyone we met was so kind, relaxed and genuinely welcoming that the hotel quickly started to feel familiar in the best possible way. A huge thank you especially to Orlando and Saulo at the sandbox pool, and Hussein at the reception. They were such a lovely part of our stay and somehow managed to make every day feel a little more special. Beautiful hotel, wonderful people and a place we would happily return to.

We stayed at 1 Hotel South Beach over Memorial Day weekend and had a great overall experience. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design, spacious rooms, multiple pools, direct beach access, and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. We booked a City View King and were upgraded to a City View Junior Suite with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The in-room filtered water station, comfortable bed, and strong shower pressure were standout features. The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and arriving before check-in was easy—they stored our luggage, gave us access to the amenities, and texted us when our room was ready. There were a few areas that could be improved. Check-in lacked information about the property and included benefits, and we were directed to a restaurant that was closed for the season. Breakfast offered a large buffet, but service was inconsistent, and some specialty coffees cost extra. Our shower door leaked, and the balcony could have been cleaner. A tip for future guests: request a room on a higher floor away from the elevators and avoid Levels 2 and 3 if possible, as they’re the busiest and noisiest due to the spa and pool access. This is an excellent re

We had an amazing week at 1 Hotel South Beach for our babymoon! From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service was exceptional. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms we’ve experienced, and my wife said the prenatal massage was excellent and thoughtfully tailored. The restaurants offered plenty of fresh, healthy options, and the pools were beautifully maintained. The complimentary house car within a 3-mile radius was a great perk, and having an in-suite kitchen plus a washer and dryer made our longer stay incredibly convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we rarely felt the need to leave the property. The atmosphere was a perfect mix of couples, families with young children, and other travelers, creating a relaxing yet vibrant environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I am completely speechless after my stay at 1 Hotel South Beach. Everything about this property was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The service here is truly unique and setting a new standard for hospitality—every single staff member was exemplary, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was incredible, offering amazing quality and variety. Both the pool areas and the beach setup were flawless, pristine, and beautifully maintained. It is easily one of the best hotels I have ever visited in the world. Every single detail was immaculate. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I will definitely be returning!
